Ty took a long time making this gun from Splatoon out of perler beads.
Playing games with Lexi to help her with her letter sounds.
Fun with facepaint.
Morning bike rides with these two.
Signed up with Harmony after taking a 8 month break. Harmony gives $900 per kindergartener and $1800 for 1-8th grades. Hard to pass that up when they'll pay for iPads, laptops, piano lessons, books, and memberships to the zoo and Thanksgiving point! Really the only thing I had to add was some science and social studies for the kids. I worked this week on planning that out.
We met our old Rochester neighbors, the Romanos, up in Lehi. They live in North Carolina but were in Utah for a vacation. Their kids have gotten so tall! Kennah (14), Tieran (12), and Lyndal (8). Sonja (Mom) and Ryan (taking the picture).
My first successful corn crop! I've got about 8 more I need to go pick.
More face paint. Here's a doggy. Carson's always barking and licking things like a dog.
Cam decided he wanted a Lego space shuttle for Christmas when Grandma Jan asked. But, it's hard to wait for Christmas, so in the mean time, he made his own version.
Date nights: Anne with an E (Netflix and good but slow), Rescue Dawn (wow, some people have rough lives!), and Respect at the movie theater (wow, Jennifer Hudson has talent!).
Carson is always on the look out for trucks on our walk. And he's in luck - there's a lot of construction around. Many times, the drivers will wave :-) Notice the smoke that had blown in from California's Dixie fire. It finally cleared - just in time for a wildfire in Utah :(
Bradys arrived on Thursday night. We helped them unpack, as well as Nat, Austin, Ben (Austin's brother), and two neighbors from across the street. It's fun to have them here! On Thursday night, it was just Landon and myself. We had brought over some mattresses and blankets to borrow. On Saturday, they invited us over for some pizza so that the kids could say "Hi". We kept it to under an hour, since they had been to Ikea, HomeGoods, etc and were still planning on Costco and other errands that night. There's so much to set up after a move!
