April - Jen's Phone

I finally got wise and got face masks for the kids to wear.  Their cheeks weren't so red after playing outside! Britton kept his on and acted like a Ninja.  The weather has been melting the snow! The kids (and I!) were excited to find the water squirters that we love at the Dollar Tree.  They squirted at the snow.

They had fun with the water from the sump pump, too!
Sweet Camden...

The sunset was beautiful one evening.  I laughed to myself that this is how boys must see Home Depot! And here's the conference board I made. I like how it turned out!
Mom came and visited during Britton's spring break. We took her to the Rochester Children's Museum.

We ground some wheat.  I should have thought of noise cancelling headphones long ago! Worked like a charm.  And Ty was surprised that it tasted so bad.  He's constantly sampling when we cook and tells me things are good - when I don't think they'll be good yet because the recipe isn't finished.  However, this one took him by surprise.

We've taken some cold walks to pick up Britton from  school.  I took Tyler on a date. We went to PetSmart and looked at the animals. Then we went to Cherry Berry for ice cream and ABC toy zone to look around for birthday ideas.  He kept changing his mind and pointing out tons of things he'd like!

Playing at the Gibbs playground after school.  Britton pushing Tyler up the hill.

The blackberries and raspberries have gone wild in our absence.  I've LOVED pruning.  When Cam's napping and Britton's in school, Ty joins me in the garden.  I pull out raspberries and amend the soil.  He LOVES the worms.  This guy is all boy.
Joined the RAC.  Such a wonderful gym! Was hesitant because of the cost, but it's been totally worth it. There are so many fun things for the kids to do as well.  I even took them swimming on my own yesterday, because I was able to check Camden into the Kids Club.

Chuck E Cheese for Tyler's 4th Birthday.  Pepperoni Pizza and dozens of tokens.  Heaven for kids.

Easter at Bradys.  I think it was their 10th annual celebration.  The weather was really nice.
Picking up Britton from school.  Lunches out at the playground.

Tyler enjoying his presents.  A headlamp from the Bradys and crafts from Nanny and Poppa.

The typical scene of Landon... working on his templates.  We are discouraged there is so much work to be done setting up his practice.  He remains busy as ever. He keeps trying out new things to make the day run smoother.
Had Danny and Jake Brinton over to watch the movie FROZEN.  Gibbs Elementary was having a movie night, but Landon had a work dinner and I couldn't get a babysitter.  Since Camden had to go to bed early, we had friends over instead.
Cam can crawl! Cam can sit! I love how happy this mobility makes an infant!

Cam gets plenty of love!

We dropped off the white car in Pine Island, then took the kids for a spin.  Chilly but fun!

April Pics from Landon's Phone

It's Sunday afternoon and I only have a little bit of time, so I'm just going to catch up with pics from Landon's phone. General Conference came.  I made a poster board that I found online. The kids enjoyed finding who was speaking so they could pick out the treat/ prize that went along with it.

Ty's birthday this year was on Easter.  The day before, our family went to Chuck E Cheese. Always a hit!
Tyler got a scooter for his birthday.  The weather has been getting nicer and the snow is finally gone.  Yesterday, April 25th, we went with Daddy to Pine Island and went on the trail.

Things in March

The kids paining with shaving cream. Sometimes you have to be creative to get them in there.

Landon and I went to Assisi Heights for the Rochester Symphony Orchestra.  The music was beautiful and the convent was cool.  I had never been inside before.  I'd like to go back for a tour.  While we were there, I noticed the name 'Linda Thompson' as a violinist.  She's a Suzuki teacher and I have been observing Suzuki violin teachers for Britton.

Went to Alissa Gardner's Favorite Things party. It was my second time.  Always so fun! Ladies sure love their chocolate! I got the DVD 'Anna and the King', earrings and Coke, a gold leaf print of the Salt Lake Temple, and dark chocolate pretzels from Costco.  I gave away reusable snack bags for the kids.

Dollar tree heaven.

Traded off babysitting with Andrea Brinton to volunteer in the classroom.  Here is Brit's hand, on bottom, playing a sight words game with Zach.

The boys' vocabularies are like little soldiers.  While drinking from a water bottle, Tyler told me, "You take a little bit and I will take a little bit and then I will reload it." Ha ha!
