Let the trip begin! We took a road trip to San Diego and stopped for one night in Las Vegas. We stayed at Excalibur and saw 'Tournament of the Kings'.
This was the kids' first time to Vegas, seeing slot machines, and smelling smoke in a hotel. See Cam holding his nose in the picture above? They hated the smell. Luckily, the rooms were fine.
The dinner show was really good! The food was fun (thought the kids didn't eat much - a whole chicken and no utensils = dig in!). We sat in the 'Dragon' Section, which was representing the bad guy. The sword fighting and jousting were impressive! They even had horses and flames at different times during the show.
We were lucky to have a small meet and greet at the end.
