Shea and Kerri Trost came and visited us for two days. We were so happy they came. We haven't been with just them since Britton was 1 year old, I think. On the first day, we went to Mall of America. They had never been before. The girls loved the American Girl store and the boys loved the Lego store. We wandered a little bit and had some lunch.
This was Britton's first time on the hot air balloon ride alone. He loved it! He loves this ride...
We rode a few rides. Let's just say, I don't like the Ferris Wheel. I think I'm afraid of heights. Above, is the boys laughing at how nervous I am.
The next day, we hung out in Rochester. We went swimming at their pool - they stayed at the Ramada. At first, Britton and Tyler were nervous about the slide, but the cousins would wait for them at the bottom and catch them. Then, later that evening, the kids watched Frozen while Joey babysat and the adults went to Red Lobster. It was so fun to spend time with them! Looking forward to next time...
