First Week of Fall

On Sunday, it was Melissa's birthday.  The Bradys invited us over and we had a potluck dinner.  Then, we played a toilet paper mummy game.  We hadn't done that for 7 years! The little kids especially loved it.

Carse just looked so cute on the way to church.

Carson joins me many times on my morning walk.  I'll ask him, "Which way should we go?" and he'll respond, "Scoop truck".  That means we should go where the construction is so we can see the trucks.  This time, he lucked out! He got to see the 'scoop truck' (excavator) fill up two dump trucks and dump them.

"Take picture me!"

We moved the big pumpkins to the front porch, along with our corn stalks and other pumpkins and squashes.  We have a few more pumpkins than this picture, but the kids had moved them.

School work - reading.

Phases of the moon with Oreos.

Carson's random picture captured the fall decorations I had on the table.

Lexi playing a phonics game (there are letters on the underside of each popcorn kernal).

Farr Better Ice Cream in Payson.  They aren't currently letting us serve ourselves, but they will let you pick several ice cream flavors and 3 toppings.   Next time we need to share! The servings were huge!
